Relax in our static caravans while you explore Pembrokeshire and South West Wales. The site is urrounded by Fighguard’s beautiful countryside With views across our lakes and site, our static caravans are spacious and comfortable. They have fully equipped kitchens and plenty of communal living space. Each van has its own outside seating area, perfect for a barbecue at sunset or relaxing in the sunshine.

4 Berth Static Caravan
Our four berth caravan will sleep up to four people.
It has has a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. There is also a handy spare room for your luggage.
It features a full sized, fully equipped kitchen plus a spacious living room with dining table.
6 +2 Berth Static Caravan
The 6 +2 berth van will sleep up to six people comfortably. It has 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and a pull out double sofa bed if needed.
The static has a fully equipped kitchen with a seperate dining area and a very spacious living room.

Short stays (less than 3 nights)
For stays lasting 3 nights or less, are permitted outside peak times. During peak times we may also accept short stay bookings as a last minute deal if there is availability.

Deposits
A 20 % non refundable deposit is payable on booking.
We ask for full payment upfront if you book within 6 weeks of your stay/

Full balance payment
Full balance must be paid 6 weeks ahead of your stay.

Bed linen
Duvets and Pillows are provided. The caravan can be booked either with bed linen provided and beds made up, or if you wish you may bring your own bed linen. Please let us know on booking. A small additional charge applies for bed linen.

Gas and electricity
Gas is included in the price for the fire in the lounge, cooker and hot water.
Each static has it own electricity meter. 10kwh electricity is included. for each night booked. Electric usage over and above this amount is charged at the supply price to us at time of your stay. The meter will be read with you at the beginning and end of your stay

Tarrifs for Static Caravans 2023
Both Caravans are bookable for a two night minimum stay. Apart from bank holidays and peak times when a three night minimum is applicable.
Peak season is : Easter 1st to 15th April; Late May Bank holiday 26th May to 4th June and Summer Holidays 21st July to 4th September
All other dates are considered off peak
